Acupuncture Fee Schedule for Patients with Insurance Benefits

Insurance policies pay per unit of treatment, per modality.  For this reason,  the fee schedule for insurance is calculated differently, taking into consideration the billing process, time it takes for an insurance claim to be paid  (average 30-90 days)  as well as the necessary follow-up to make sure the claim is paid correctly. 

The fee schedule below is an example of the pricing structure when billing insurance.  Any services or procedures not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
