Traditional Chinese Medicine consists of acupuncture, herbal therapy, massage, exercise and diet.  Traditional Chinese Medicine is a unified healing system, which has evolved over the past 3500 years. TCM is about prevention and strengthening the body's own self- regulation system, therefore restoring the body's balance.

Acupuncture - Acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating fine stainless steel needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes

Chinese Herbal Remedies - Chinese herbal medicine is the most highly developed and most commonly used system of herbal medicine in the world. It can be used independently or together with acupuncture to treat a wide variety of health conditions.

Cupping
- Cupping is the modern term for an ancient medical treatment popular in Asian and Arab cultures. The cups themselves resemble small upside down fish bowls. Once a suction is created, the cups are placed on the skin (usually the back) and moved across the body. This creates a negative energy flow which can counteract the current state of stagnation.

Moxaibustion - Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique which involves the burning of  mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. It is often paired in treatment with acupuncture. The purpose of moxibustion is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of energy, and maintain general health. Moxibustion has been used for thousands of years throughout Asia and is used by practitioners around the world today.

Hypnotherapy
- Hypnotherapy is a treatment that is based on the premise that the mind and body do not work in isolation. By sending the patient into a hypnotic state, the therapist aims to trigger the body's mental and physical self-healing processes that lie in the subconscious.

Reflexology
Reflexology is the study, science and art of using specific touch techniques (pressure point therapy) on reflex maps believed to resemble the human form on the feet, hands, and ears to achieve relaxation and balance in the body

Aromatherapy
- Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person's mood or health
